Our story
Meet Martin Brand
CroApts was born from a simple idea: to create an honest, secure, and transparent accommodation management model that gives property owners peace of mind and guests confidence.
Behind the brand is Martin Brand, born and raised in Germany, the child of Croatian parents who carried two key values throughout life: German precision and reliability, and Croatian hospitality and warmth.
For years, he witnessed firsthand the challenges apartment owners face: high commissions, unverified listings, poor communication, lack of transparency, and lack of security for guests. He saw this as an opportunity, not just business, but personal.
